The Importance of Family Support in Youth Soccer

As a coach and administrator for our Academy, there is no doubt that the support of the players' parents and families is crucial to the success and development of the program. From providing transportation to and from practices and games, to cheering on the sidelines and providing encouragement and support at home, the parents of our players are a vital part of our academy family.

But the support of parents goes beyond just the practical aspects of youth soccer. As a coach, I have seen firsthand the positive impact that engaged and supportive parents can have on a player's development and overall enjoyment of the sport. When parents take an active interest in their child's soccer journey, it can create a positive and supportive environment that helps the player feel more confident and motivated to succeed.

Of course, every family is different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to parent involvement in youth sports. But here at BVBIA El Paso Borderland, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where parents and families feel comfortable and valued as a part of our soccer community.

As we continue to grow and improve our program, we value the feedback and insights of our parents and families. That's why we are reaching out to ask you to fill out our short parent survey. Your input is important to us and will help us make the program even better for your child and all of our players. We appreciate your willingness to take a few minutes to share your thoughts and experiences with us.

From all of us here at BVBIA El Paso Borderland, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your support and for being a part of the Black and Yellow family!
