Dr. Douglas Payne, one of our founders, is not only a coach for BVB11 but he is also our Director of Player Development and Sports Technology!

Coach Payne brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our organization. He has been practicing and teaching medicine since 2002, holding several faculty appointments at top institutions such as Texas Tech El Paso and the University of California Davis. In addition to his expertise in medicine, Coach Payne has more than 40 years of experience as a competitive soccer player and a passion for player development and sports technology.

As Director of Player Development and Sports Technology, Coach Doug is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of our players and implementing innovative technologies to enhance the training and performance of our teams. His background and love of teaching make him a valuable asset to our academy and our players.

We are thrilled to have Coach Doug at the helm of our player development efforts and look forward to the impact he will have on the growth and success of our young athletes.
